“I don’t open doors by ringing every bell. I open them because I know what is needed on both sides.”

My story

From the workbench to the world stage.

It was clear to me early on: I don’t fit into a rigid system. At 15 I left secondary school — not out of weakness, but from the deep sense that my path lay elsewhere.

In the carpentry workshop I learned what no curriculum can teach: discipline, endurance, and how to earn other people’s trust. The training was hard — and that is precisely what shaped me. Passing the journeyman exam proved something to me: whoever starts something, finishes it.

What others saw as a detour was a deliberate decision: I completed my secondary school certificate and then the design baccalaureate. Design was not a break with craft — it was craft continued by other means.

I passed the entrance exam for industrial design at FH Darmstadt / Mathildenhöhe — and carried the degree through to the diploma, through every high and low. Not an easy path. But mine.

While still studying I founded INSIDE — later renamed INSIDE INTERACTIVE. What began as a student project is today a company with over 30 years of history. In 2024 came the expansion to Marrakech.

In 2026 I also had the chance to pass on what I know at university level: in a guest lecture at TH Aschaffenburg I shared with students what three decades of entrepreneurial life teach — how real networks are built, how doors are opened, and why relationships are the most valuable capital anyone can hold. Topic: AI in the real estate industry and entrepreneurial thinking.

In three decades of agency work I have built a network no algorithm can replicate: 4,000+ contacts at decision-maker level, across every industry. Today I make that network usable for others, as a Super Connector.

My next chapter: Real Estate.

Real estate has been part of my work for a long time: as the digital agency of a prefab house manufacturer, in projects with advisors and developers, most recently with a guest lecture on the International & Digital Real Estate Management programme. Today I want to put experience and network to work where, for me, much of it comes together: real estate, project development and property marketing.

I deliberately do not come from the classic property world. I come from thirty years of brand building, communication, digitalisation, sales, entrepreneurship and network. That is precisely where I see the opportunity: a project is not decided by its square metres, but by who hears about it — and who vouches for it.
